When do I need to contact Sanders Auto about shipping?

Sanders Auto needs to know as soon as the bidding is ended. The sooner we know, the less chance of storage fees.

How long does it take to get a shipper?

It depends on the area, and the direction the vehicle is being shipped. Shipping from the West Coast to the East is faster and cheaper. Going West may take a little longer to get a truck.

Can I negotiate the shipping charges?

Absolutely. Sanders Auto can guide in reasonable shipping costs, and then it's your call as to whether or not you accept the shipping company offer.

How do I pay for shipping?

Sanders Auto will invoice the $25 broker fee. The balance is paid to the shipping company, usually the driver when the vehicle is delivered.

Is it cheaper to go through Sanders Auto?

Most shippers have brokerage fees included in their prices running $200 to $300. We usually beat any other shipping company because we aren't making money on the brokerage fees.

Can I get my own shipping?

Yes. Just be sure that we know you are looking so that we don't double book a load.

If I get my own shipping, do I owe the $25 fee?

No. If Sanders Auto doesn't book the load, there is no charge to you for listing a load.
